Overall it isn't bad, but it isn't great either. Staff don't seem to be able to call out names, instead they just call out the order so anytime who orders something similar can just come and take it.
I placed an order for a pizza and when I arrived there someone took my order, as I was about to ask for a refund there’s this worker I think her name is Danika, she assured me that she will do my order again , I was in a hurry because I was on my break, so I patiently waited and my experience was great, she did it really quick and Danika did a great customer service. That’s how it should be on all store because there are those stores that doesn’t care at all. And I was starving...
I feel like all Tim Hortons locations are hit or miss these days and are rarely consistent either way.
I usually visit this location around 4:30 pm or 5 pm weekdays after the gym. For the most part my experience has been positive - there are some very friendly people who work there and it’s rare my order is wrong (the same can’t be said for many other locations where service is poor and slow at best and order are often wrong).
