I’ve observed noticeably warmer and more welcoming service toward other customers, which raises concerns about whether all guests are being treated equally.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures every customer feels equally welcomed, respected, and valued, regardless of their background.”

“First time going to this Harvey’s and let me tell you, it’s been about 5 years since I’ve been to one and it did not disappoint. Had two bacon and ketchup hot dogs and saved the other fries for my dad. The people there were really nice to give me a bag to go but on top of that they added napkins in there and I didn’t think of that so fantastic above and beyond service here. If you’re looking for a Canadian classic place to eat, this is definitely a stop you should consider. Also love smelling the grilled burgers in there, yum!”

Went to second window, was given my drink and told to pull out of the drive thru and into any of the labelsled spaces. I kindly declined as it's almost impossible to back into any of those spots coming out of the drive thru. Fine to pull in but then again it's next to impossible to back out of any of those spots because they are in such a high traffic area.. You have to worry about pedestrians walking in and out of McDonald's then you have cars coming from either directions, but from one side you can't see that well especially if the car is coming out of the DT drive thru. When I told the woman no thank you, I'll just wait here. I was told with attitude it's going to be the same wait time. Literally within a minute my food was there.. Had a pulled into one of those spots I would have been waiting for Atleast 5mins! You have the right to REFUSE!! to pull into those spots! Never mind its UNSAFE! but if you pull into those spots your helping them keep their time! So head office doesn't see the actual amount of time customers are waiting!”

“We had the best birria tacos we’ve ever had at this cozy Mexican owned restaurant, we’ve been to a lot of the viral birria taco spots in Toronto but nothing hit more than this one!! It’s light and, flavourful and keeps true to the traditional birria taco flavouring. A lot of places over complicate the birria tacos but these birria tacos were so light and not overpowering but yet tasted so amazing and sooo hearty. The best part too is that it’s cheaper than all of the other spots in Toronto, the owner is so sweet and you can tell he puts love into the food he makes, it means a lot to support a small owned business whose love and culture reflects in the food!!”

From the very beginning, working with Lisa was such an easy and enjoyable experience. She made everything feel effortless and gave us complete confidence that every detail would be taken care of.
And it truly was.
We had approximately 64 guests, and everything was absolutely seamless — the setup, timing, food, service, atmosphere… every single detail was perfect. The food was absolutely delicious, and our guests are still talking about it!
Franco was amazing, and every member of the staff whose names I unfortunately didn’t get were wonderful. They were attentive, professional, warm, and made the entire evening feel so easy.
That was probably the greatest gift of all: we never had to worry about what was happening behind the scenes. We could simply be present, enjoy our wedding, and soak in every moment with our family and friends.
Lisa, Franco, and the entire Harpo’s team — thank you for making our evening everything we hoped it would be and more. You helped create memories we will treasure forever.
If you are considering Harpo’s for your wedding or special event, do not hesitate to book it. We would do it all over again in a heartbeat.

She was probably one of the best server's we have ever had the pleasure of meeting as she was friendly, so accommodating and speedy with our order, a very upbeat and genuine person and never intrusive in any way. We saw her run down the street when we were leaving because someone forgot their glasses and it was cold out! The food was great and if we needed anything, Jane was there. “I grew up in a time when diners served real food. Fresh cut fries, actual home made beef burgers. I happened in to the Diamonds Grill by accident. It was like walking back in time. The owner himself smiled and welcomed me in. I started with black coffee. It was lovely. I ordered one of their many burgers and fries. When he walked up with my loaded platter my eyes couldn’t believe it. Delicious fresh cut potatoes fries. The burger so large I could barely hold it. Loaded and fresh. Loaded with real ba on and cheese. The beef patty was juicey on the inside and bbq char on the outside. I was full before I finished the meal but no way was I leaving this. It was 1974 all over again. I’m hear working out of town but I will be back”

Food was delicious. Had the eggs Benedict and it did not disappoint. Food was fresh, served with a side of fried potato. Absolutely outstanding, did not expect this.
Service was pretty good. Sat ourselves and a waitress came over immediately to start the order. Food was underway within minutes, plates and back out in 5 to 20 minutes or so. Staff was friendly.
Atmosphere is a touch dingy. Really my only complaint. They had live music, and plenty of good characters and company. Menus were a touch sticky but not terrible.

“I have a permanent disability, and I came to this restaurant to celebrate my grandma’s 80th birthday. Our waitress was named Sarah and she provided our table with excellent service. She took all our orders properly, and had the food served so quick, considering we were a larger group. My 3 children were quite loud, and yet our server was extremely patient and tolerant of my noisy kids. Most waitresses would never be so tolerant. Dessert was very good also. We had a very good time and a delicious meal. We will return next year.”

The owner himself smiled and welcomed me in. I started with black coffee. It was lovely. I ordered one of their many burgers and fries. When he walked up with my loaded platter my eyes couldn’t believe it. Delicious fresh cut potatoes fries. The burger so large I could barely hold it. Loaded and fresh. Loaded with real ba on and cheese. The beef patty was juicey on the inside and bbq char on the outside. I was full before I finished the meal but no way was I leaving this. It was 1974 all over again. I’m hear working out of town but I will be back”
