“We experienced a fabulous luncheon buffet at the Oshawa Mandarin restaurant today. The food was well prepared, displayed and very delicious. LOTS of variety! From the moment we arrived and until we left the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our server Cynthia was great. We were quite impressed that manager Isabel spoke with us twice. All-in-all a perfect experience.”

“First time going to this Harvey’s and let me tell you, it’s been about 5 years since I’ve been to one and it did not disappoint. Had two bacon and ketchup hot dogs and saved the other fries for my dad. The people there were really nice to give me a bag to go but on top of that they added napkins in there and I didn’t think of that so fantastic above and beyond service here. If you’re looking for a Canadian classic place to eat, this is definitely a stop you should consider. Also love smelling the grilled burgers in there, yum!”

“I went to oshawa Lakeridge hospital, and went to go to the Tim Hortons and had trouble using the Interac pay machine, and an employee named NAINA, went over and above her job to help me, I can’t thank her enough she is an exemplary employee an example to the rest of us. “One of the best places around Oshawa for AYCE. Dinners are under $40 unlike other places around the area. Rainbow Sushi’s food is a lot more fresh and premium and service is phenomenal. The sashimi is extraordinarily fresh and the friendly services the young man offers makes the food that much more enjoyable. This is definitely an underrated restaurant, I’ve come back several times and I feel welcomed each time.”

“Don't buy anything from the Mary Browns in Oshawa at King St and Gibbons St. just north of the Oshawa Shopping Center. The past owner were of Asian nationality and the Chicken quality was top notch, and really fresh and hot. The new owners are east Indian nationality. Now, every piece of chicken has broken bones and blood throughout the meat. And it's not cooked properly, and soggy. Smells like the cooking oil was old as well. The staff was uninterested in working there, very sad employees.”

She was probably one of the best server's we have ever had the pleasure of meeting as she was friendly, so accommodating and speedy with our order, a very upbeat and genuine person and never intrusive in any way. We saw her run down the street when we were leaving because someone forgot their glasses and it was cold out! The food was great and if we needed anything, Jane was there. Loaded with real ba on and cheese. The beef patty was juicey on the inside and bbq char on the outside. I was full before I finished the meal but no way was I leaving this. It was 1974 all over again. I’m hear working out of town but I will be back”

My son wants me order again next day. When I told him it’s very faraway from Richmond Hill,then he said can we go again over the weekend. 😊. My son request to open next branch in Richmond Hill. When you walk into the restaurant, the amazing smells of the spices cooking were so nostalgic to me. My mom and myself were both blown away by how delicious the food is. The portions were also huge! Such great value!! Unfortunately, I have been cursed with a nut allergy and couldn’t eat the butter chicken (has cashews in it), but I pray and hope one day this amazing restaurant makes a nut-free version for allergic foodies like me! 🥺 I did eat some chicken curry, Chana masala and garlic naan and it was so delicious!!! 10/10!!! Like I am anaphylactic with nuts, and would eat here again and risk it because it’s THAT good….God help me!!!
