Okay big Gennys fan here and finally got some section 200 seats. I prefer to sit in the real seats in the stands but they were a gift. You know cuz we got to get loud for the boys! Over all the years I have never had a good experience in the restaurant but thought it would be cool to sit on the balcony above the restaurant, on the outside of the second level. I went with my family to have a bite to eat before the hockey game. Before arriving I had taken a look at the reviews and saw the low rating.. so we went in with lower expectations. But honestly, I get to leave a good review. Our waitress had told us ahead of time that they were short staffed so the wait times may be slower. Tried to order the spicy wrap, they came back and said it wasn’t available tonight. Ok, picked a burger. Burger arrived half cold , and with all of the toppings on one side. It didn’t get eaten.The onion rings on someone rises plate were Luke warm, not hot.
