Burger King in Oshawa

“My son & I go to this burger king frequently. He loves his chicken fingers and ranch sauce! Michael who is one of the managers and the rest of the staff are amazing. They always go above & beyond to make sure the food is served hot, quick & fresh. This is by far the best Burger King in Durham Region!!“

“Usually, I go to this location and most of the time the service is great! :) the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because there was a special on Wednesday to use your crown points for a Whopper combo meal and even though the app showed the option to redeem the points for the whopper meal it would still charge you the full price. We went to the restaurant and the kiosk did not allow to redeem our crown points either. That was a bit disappointing because that option was advertised in the app.“

“NEW REVIEW: I live for a good redemption story. Whoever hired HAKEEM was genius. He really helped me with an order when I was really really unwell. He made sure everything was right. Also there is a young blonde hair man who works the drive-thru overnight and we were a lot to handle the other night and not only did he handle us he was laughing with us and made my drink special to order (now I’m obsessed- but I guess so is everyone else it was sold out today). Soaring Strawberry Lemonade mixed with Sprite DAYUMMMMMM. I thought about deleting the bad review HOWEVER no, it means more that they made me come and take the time to change my opinion and it was a long time ago and probably that staff was replaced when they did that nice renovation. Anyways even the girls at the window are always nice they are all nice (I go thru a lot I’m close by and it is 24 hours and I have 20 year old kids who always want food in the middle of the night). Signing up for the BK Canada rewards is worth it because I’ve already got a free FULL combo and a bunch of side items. They are not cheap with the “crowns”. Amazing turnaround yall! PS do not take the Mozza fries away like you did the pickle nuggets because I still miss those delicious MFs -LOL // This was my OLD review:worst customer service 😞 have to hold on to $35 dollars worth of bad food to bring them to prove they messed up.
