Burger King in Oshawa

“Have been going to this location since I was a child. Now at 36 I take my children there. I hope with the new renovations we see more classic Burger King come back. Loving the new logo. This location always has a nice staff and the food is pretty good. One of the best Burger Kings in Durham for service and food. Definitely recommend over McDonald's. Seating is larger and with children or elderly it's useful.“

“I used to love coming here when I'd go thrifting at the nearby value village. I swung by today cause I was hungry even though I'm trying to cut back on fast food. It's a nice treat every once in a while. Anywho, usually things go smoothly but today there was a bit of a miscommunication. But we were able to talk through it which I'm grateful for. Usually I'll take it as is but we got my order corrected and everyone was so apologetic. This is why I love coming back to this location, the service is unmatched.

“NEW REVIEW: I live for a good redemption story. Whoever hired HAKEEM was genius. He really helped me with an order when I was really really unwell. He made sure everything was right. Also there is a young blonde hair man who works the drive-thru overnight and we were a lot to handle the other night and not only did he handle us he was laughing with us and made my drink special to order (now I’m obsessed- but I guess so is everyone else it was sold out today). Soaring Strawberry Lemonade mixed with Sprite DAYUMMMMMM. I thought about deleting the bad review HOWEVER no, it means more that they made me come and take the time to change my opinion and it was a long time ago and probably that staff was replaced when they did that nice renovation. Anyways even the girls at the window are always nice they are all nice (I go thru a lot I’m close by and it is 24 hours and I have 20 year old kids who always want food in the middle of the night). Signing up for the BK Canada rewards is worth it because I’ve already got a free FULL combo and a bunch of side items. They are not cheap with the “crowns”. Amazing turnaround yall! PS do not take the Mozza fries away like you did the pickle nuggets because I still miss those delicious MFs -LOL // This was my OLD review:worst customer service 😞 have to hold on to $35 dollars worth of bad food to bring them to prove they messed up.
