Great service, the gentleman who took my order asked questions to make sure it was right. I took a star off because the machine prompted for a tip, which I think is inappropriate.
This review is for the tall, white man that has worked here for years. I only get subs when he's working because everything is fresh and their counter is clean. The last visit without the white man, I got a pizza sub but she never bothered to put pizza sauce on the sub so I wasted my money and was in a grump.
I ordered an order on the app. It said it would be done at 4. I showed up to pick up and there was a lineup out the door. They had 1 employee working and he was doing an amazing job. However he was so busy that he didn't get my order prepared when it said. He then quickly and perfectly got my order ready. He did an amazing job. However he is being exploited.
