I ordered a heart cake for a family members gender reveal on the Tuesday and had the cake ready for the Saturday which was great. The cake was delicious and the ordering process was great. My only complaint is that the details of the cake weren’t done properly. The exterior was beautiful and looked just like the inspo picture but the interior part (the most important detail) didn’t which kind of took away from the gender reveal moment. Other than that no complaints
The cake for my bridal shower was ordered from Sugar Chalet and decorated by Taylor. It was the most stunning cake I have ever had from a bakery. I didn’t even want to cut into it! If you want a Pinterest worthy cake I would highly recommend sugar chalet and asking for Taylor. She is so talented!
I’ve been getting my birthday cakes from here for almost 3 years because the price is reasonable and the designs are great. However I was a bit dissatisfied this time around. I communicated both in my initial email and to the person on the phone when I booked the cake, how I wanted the plate the cake sits on to say “Happy Birthday (my name)”.
