168 Sushi Japanese Buffet Reviews
I have been to this restaurant before (a few times) and it was pretty decent. This time was pretty bad. many things not.on salad bar, and many items ordered were quite bland tasting.
Absolutely horrible. We were in line waiting to be served, after I had called to make a reservation and was told walk-in only.. Another family came in AFTER us and cut in front of us to get served first. They were rude and said that those people had reservations to which I stated that I was told it was walk-in only. I will never go back. Poor customer service and rude people!
friendly staff and fast service

168 Sushi Japanese Buffet features a wide menu with vegetarian options that allow customers to customize their orders. The parking area at the back provides convenience. The banana tempura is a standout dish, and their tempura is generally fantastic. The salmon is always fresh, though some find the cooked salmon sushi to be a bit dry. The staff are friendly and considerate, often offering warm service like hot tea when needed. Customers appreciate the overall quality, especially the sashimi and fried foods, which are more delicious than grilled options. Ordering through an iPad or tablet adds a modern touch to the dining experience, making it a favorite spot for many in the neighborhood.
The restaurant is surprisingly large and colorful, despite a confusing entrance that looks like a storage area. Visitors can enjoy a new experience of being an all-you-can-eat buffet and ordering dishes off a tablet. The food quality is excellent, and the variety is good, with a reasonable price. The food also comes out quickly and fresh, with a good selection of hot foods. The staff are helpful, and the overall dining experience is highly recommended. The atmosphere is more private than the location on Merivale Rd, and the restaurant offers a unique experience with a robot waiter for a fun "Wow factor"—especially entertaining for kids. Customers also enjoy the great service and fresh sashimi, which surpasses many other sushi buffets in Toronto.
