Food was amazing, didn't have to wait long, staff was super friendly

We were looking forward to seeing the robotic server and that did not disappoint! Then things went south! Ordering on an iPad was different, but pictures not as shown, where soups which should have arrived first arrived afterwards! Beef was tough with limited flavours, spring rolls without a topping, rice was blah, the list goes on and on! The deserts were the best part of the meal! The server was somewhat helpful but emotionless and not very courteous! Pricing was the same as Mandarin but no where close! Would not recommend!

The food is as poor as the outside of the building. Sushi is 90% rice (as seen in photo), noodles must have been a day old because they were disintegrated and flavourless, chicken is dry and chewy, beef is fatty and chewy, seaweed salad is soaked in its juice, tempura is soaked in grease. Do I need to continue? Or have you made the right choice to not give this business a penny of your money. If you want to pretend to eat out of a dumpster, visit this location. This location will humble you and make you appreciate a home cooked meal because my God, it is disgusting. Someone please call the heath inspector…

Beef is tough and fatty, noodles must have been a day old because they were disintegrated and flavorless. The sushi us maily rice with barely any filling and there was many times my avocado wasn't ripe. 0/10. Spent over 100$ for garbage.

I have been to this restaurant before (a few times) and it was pretty decent. This time was pretty bad. many things not.on salad bar, and many items ordered were quite bland tasting.

Very disappointed!! I tried almost all the all you can eat sushi in ottawa and this place is the place that disappointed me the most. Extreme poor quality sushi…

Very disappointed with my experience at this location and would never even THINK of returning. Far worse than the Merivale location in west end. Soup was like an unappetizing bowl of vinegar with stringy dark meat chicken and undercooked noodles. Unlike Merivale, no buffet area for edamame, mangoes, soups, salads, melon and pastries. Rice on sushi fell apart too often. The food I ordered was either bad or barely acceptable.

Fantastic all you can eat sushi place, easily my favourite AYCE in town. This location specifically is top notch (the Merivale location is good, and has a robot to bring you drinks, but you have to get your own soup and it’s not as tasty there). Their tempura is fantastic, and their salmon is always fresh.

First and last time going this location. Place was so dark and dingy food was horrible I usually order tons of sushi not this time I couldn’t handle it the avocado was gone bad and the vegetable fried rice had a slimy taste to it. Definitely will not return here and take the drive out to Merivale rd location.

It was just ok for the price. The outside was not very clean, but inside not to bad.
