Bought a bottle of trad single barrel today after researching what Canadian whisky can compare to a Kentucky bourbon. Hoping this whisky could hold its own with the US stock. North of 7 actually compares with some of the more higher end bourbon options I have at home as I did a small tasting. The nose, taste and finish are the same quality as my favourite Kentucky brands and can be enjoyed either neat or in an old fashioned.
