It seems like this location in particular is allergic to fresh food. I’ve been many times for lunch/dinner and the food is always cold in the bag as they hand it to me in the drive thru. The fries feel like they’ve been sitting all day. The staff never greet you and they look annoyed to see you. Save your time and go to the hunt club location. It’s always been quality there. This location needs corporates help ASAP

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in this A&W looks like the staff didn’t listen to their customer as I told cashier lot of time just put the ketchup and mayo on the top of the burger they didn’t do it and told me that we will give you on the side can’t put on the top.
