Sometime I get good order but today near about 9 o clock I order masala veggie burger but that was so tasteless and it looks like patty was made from a long time ago. It was not fresh as well as the patty was so hard that I even cannot eat it . So I am suggesting especially in the night time please try to serve fresh items as people finish their work and came here to take their food so it is totally disappointing if they get this type of food.

Typical A&W. Good food served fast. Friendly well trained staff.
I used to get my breakfast there all the times, most of the older staffs are professional but the younger ones are not. Last time I went there the female assistant manager spent her time arguing with a newbie instead of taking my order which I felt was uncalled for. When I asked to speak to the manager later on the manager told her staff to say she's busy so I had to insist for her to show up.
