If I could give this place less than 1 star, I would because it deserves less. We called & ordered a specific cake & we were assured it would be to our specifications. Not only did we Not receive the cake we wanted, we got a cake that was worthy of the garbage bin it went into upon tasting it. YES, the entire cake went into the garbage. Any cake from a grocery store or Walmart or corner store would have been less disappointing. To top things off, the service we received when picking up the cake was terrible. The person serving us was not hospitable or friendly. There clearly lacked communication between employees in that place. VERY DISAPPOINTING & this will definitely be our first & our last time doing business with this establishment & we will be advising everyone we know & come in contact with to avoid this place at all cost.

Very Bad services, order cake for my wife birthday two time mentioned to write HBD on cake. But when reach to pick nothing written. Chef took order for tiramisu flavour cake but when I see even it doesn’t look like it just asked her for coffee powder on top she destroyed cake. Please don’t have them order cake. Your birthday anniversary May became became with bad cake ?

the service is good, they are welcoming. but the quality of the product leaves something to be desired. I had a cake ? I assure you it was sour and it looked like I had made it days ago but I couldn't taste it. It was my first time to go, I don't think I'll come back because I was very disappointed.

These people are great I had no idea they made their black forest cake with strawberries I had ordered one and came in pretty upset to find that out. The baker came out said he's make me a fresh one with cherries. I will admit I did swear and felt stupid after they said they'd make me a new one and for that I'm grateful as it's for my besties birthday but thank you for accommodating short notice. ?
