The knafeh is horrible here. The pastries are disgusting. The baklava is stale and nasty. They use cheap low quality ingredients.

Amazing place! The quality of the desserts is incredible — so much flavour and everything tasted delicious. The customer service was excellent as well. The owner was so friendly and welcoming, and you can really tell they value their customers. He took the time to explain each dessert and even let me try one.

We need to recognize and support businesses like this. It’s so nice to see such amazing quality and genuine customer service in today’s world. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this place to others!

Acacia Fine Pastry is truly a hidden gem in Ottawa! From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed like family by the warm, hardworking owners whose passion shows in every detail.

Their Kaak with Kunafa is simply the best in the city, fresh, rich, and perfectly balanced in sweetness. The baklawa is exceptional, delicate and authentic, and their French pastries and cakes are absolutely top-tier, worthy of a Parisian pâtisserie.

If you love quality, tradition, and hospitality all in one place, this is a must-visit spot. Highly recommended!

I visited this bakery with high expectations, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The baklava and other sweets looked good, but the taste did not match the presentation. The ingredients seemed low quality, with overly sweet syrup and heavy, greasy textures. The pastries were thin and poorly balanced in flavor. After trying them once, I would not purchase again. I hope the bakery improves its ingredient quality and preparation standards.

Orderered the mixed pastry selection of 12 pastries. Awful selection of pastries. 9 out of 12 are just sponge cakes with different creams inside. And the cream isn't even real dairy cream. They're using cheap oil based toppings. Disgusting. And for the amount they charge for this cheap quality junk.

Great place to pick up some fantastic desserts! From cakes, to cookies, to multiple flavors of baklava, there is lots to choose from. We got some chocolate brownie balls there were amazing!

This is the best bakhlawa place in all of Canada! The owners/staff are wonderful people that put tremendous care into their service. The quality and price point of their sweets are absolutely amazing. I visit anytime I am in town.
