I'll be completely honest and say I have another chip truck I prefer for poutine, but I keep coming back to Alex's for regular fries. I'm usually a poutine guy, and they do have a solid one - but their fries with plain salt (and sometimes vinegar) are phenomenal. It's the only chip truck I've ever been to where I've ever craved fries alone, and don't want them to be smothered in gravy and curds.

Unexpectedly came here after Costco and was not disappointed! Fries are crispy and seasoned well,poutine was amazing not to salty and perfect ratio of everything. Bratwurst sausage was amazing too he didn’t deep fry it like other places. The older man was so nice as well.

Best poutine I've ever had. The owner is very friendly, food was hot, fresh, fast and delicious. Fries are amazing, thick and crispy but not burnt... best chip stand I've visited!
Poutine had fries which were not fresh. Kindly make sure that you ask for fresh fries because they are not careful and add cold fries into the mix.

I feel bad to give this truck such a review, since they have good reviews.I had the burger, waiting about 15 minutes for it. I think the burger patty was bought frozen. l was unimpressed with the price to quality ratio.Apparently their fries and poutine are good, but the prices are a bit crazy
