Always pleasant and food is right on point! SO delicious!

The shop has a lot of 90s charm with lots of parking and inside seating. We ordered two chicken shawarmas and a beef donair shawarma.

Reading the reviews after the fact, I'm unsure what to think...my meat was heated up in a pan on the stove and not the microwave. The gentleman behind the counter used gloves to touch the veggies. We didn't get sick and it was all very tasty! The location was a bonus as it was close to the Ingenium.

Delicious and fresh meal. Owner explained the sauce options and made some great suggestions. Kids loved it too. Interior is very simple but cozy and clean.

I've been here many times and I have never had a bad experience. The chicken is always juicy and flavourful the vegetables are fresh and the garlic sauce is frankly amazing. The prices are also very reasonable for size of the portions and the quality of the food. Once I even left a tip of 1 dollar and I was given free potatoes and garlic sauce. However yes the cook does make your food without gloves but everything I've went he's washed his hands beforehand, and some stuff is warmed up in the microwave but it still tastes AMAZING! Definetly check it out you will NOT be disappointed.

Meat is like cardboard. Unless you feel like going to this unwelcoming grumpy lady at the cash and eating cardboard in the name of Shawarma. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR go to any other Shawarma place but this. This place is a disgrace to OTTAWA t(he Shawarma Capital).

We went here a few weeks ago to get some shawarma, and it didn’t go well. The guy working there clearly didn’t have any fresh meat because he put the shawarma in a MICROWAVE (which he did not hide and we saw and heard) to heat it up when he could have easily used the stove. When we ate the shawarma, it definitely did not taste fresh, as one of us got stomach issues with it and weren’t feeling too good. Even the salad tasted a bit old. I’m sorry, but we will not be returning here anytime soon.

This was my first visit here and was not disappointed. The service from the moment I walked in was friendly and helpful. Ordered a chicken shawarma and garlic potatoes. Both were tasty and excellent value for the money. Hadn't had shawarma in a while, so this was an excellent treat after a long day of work.

March 27, 2023I ordered the kofta platter. This was really bad, the food is not fresh, they use the microwave. The restaurant inside is extremely dirty.I am disappointed because the reviews were misleading me.I would avoid coming here if I were you.

The food was amazing!! I just happened to walk into this gem. I saw the sweet deal of a shawarma and a pop for 10 dollars. But then I saw the potatoes.. getting extra garlic for the potatoes, yes! Spicy garlic, why not! Oh my goodness, I write this in the morning, and I kid you not. I am hungry for this, and my mouth is watering!! It is that good!! Will be back very soon! Thanks for the amazing food and service:)
