I purchased a medium tray at the Ottawa Bayshore Mall not really knowing what I was getting. Oh. My Gosh. DELICIOUS! Fresh. Slightly crispy. A whole lot of yumminess. My husband thinks there are going to be some for tomorrow but they are gone! The gentleman who helped me decide what to buy was friendly and kind. IDelicious baklava. Bought a large mixed baklava tray from Bayshore mall near the Miniso many months of the year. Their instagram account responds to messages about if their Bayshore stall is open.I like that they use ghee. The vendor was nice :)So crispy and sweet but not too sweet. I’m sensitive to sweet things and found it perfect. Best baklava in Ottawa imo. Baklava King too roasted and not as juicy.Dietary restrictions: Vegan they use veggie ghee
