Amazing. Everything was excellent. Our waitress Amanda was on point even though it's a busy Valentine's day Saturday it felt like she went out of her way to make our experience the best.

Drinks and ambiance ere amazing Service by Amanda was incredible Music was so loud Whipped feta was incredible appetizer But our main course steak half fat and grissel Lamb was overcooked I barely ate any of it just the potatoes we felt bad so we didn't say anything We loved our champagne reception as we just got engaged The restaurant is beautiful Staff was excellent I wanted to let you know because the owner was not there and we went because of him

We dined on Valentine's Day 2026. The place was packed, but the atmosphere was wonderful. The staff had decorated with hearts and flowers, the restaurant looked wonderful. We were greeted as soon as we arrived, and the host was very courteous and joking with us. Our server was a wonderful and knowledgeable person, who suggested an appetizer that was a wonderful scallop special for the evening, and also some toasted foccachia bread with spiced honey garlic butter...AMAZING !!! Our server suggested the featured cocktail to start..it was very good...wine and Jameson's carried the evening. My steak was cooked perfectly..(Our server asked me to cut into it and confirm it was to my liking), and my girlfriend's pasta was wonderful. We passed on desert, but we did indulge in the complementary cannoli for a closer. ( They had a dedicated cannoli server walking around with 2-Bite cannoli as a Valentine special!! What a nice touch eh? ) All in all, Alora was a wonderful place for Valentine Day!! We look forwards to returning in the summer to experience the roof-top patio !!!

Originally we were seated at a table right near the entrance beside the servers station. Was quite busy but the staff was very accommodating and moved us to a high table on the other side of the restaurant. The food was great, we tried the valentines drink and appetizer along with the crab cakes, the focaccia. Had the prime rib and the salmon for the main course. Everything was amazing but the focaccia and scallop appetizers would be my recommendations.

The Tuna and whipped Feta were amazing. Drinks were really well done. We also had the sliders and they were very bland. I would avoid those.

I came in tonight with five friends to celebrate a birthday, and unfortunately this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. Our server, Georgia (blonde, tall, long hair), never once properly introduced herself to the table. She did not smile, did not acknowledge everyone, and only spoke to one person at our table. I stepped away to use the restroom shortly after we sat down, and even after returning, she still never introduced herself or made any effort to engage with me or the group. Throughout the evening, her attitude came across as cold, dismissive, and unwelcoming. The only time her demeanor noticeably changed was when it was time to bring the bill, at which point she suddenly became friendly—clearly in hopes of receiving a better tip. I have worked as a server before and currently work in customer service, so I understand how demanding this job can be. That said, this level of rudeness and lack of basic hospitality is completely unacceptable, especially during a birthday celebration. This experience genuinely impacted our night, and it’s disappointing to receive such poor service in a setting where guests are meant to feel welcomed and valued. Thank you Chiara
