The best kept secret in Kanata! It’s a hidden gem. Looking for a special intimate time with some close friends or partner? This is my go to! The food never disappoints. The place is quiet and has a pleasant, soothing ambience. The food choices on the menu are ideal and perfect for sharing. The hostess is wonderful and she brings out the food in the desirable order and not all the plates at once. She is very attentive and top marks for making our dining experience a memorable one! Thank you and we will be back!

It's been more than 5 years since my last visit and I am happy to find that the food here is still great! Each dish has a different flavour profile and yet not overpowering each other. Dishes are brought out in the right order, starting with the more delicate dishes to the stronger flavour dishes. Overall a great dining experience!

What a sweet little restaurant!The hosts were friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. The atmosphere was beautiful, with inviting decor. The menu, it was so hard to choose!! All of thr dishes we had; the scallop tartar, boar tacos, lamb shank, and baked brie were delicious, fresh, and made with such care.Make sure to reserve your spot, I imagine this little place fills up quick!Great place to spend our 2nd wedding anniversary.Would love to go back and try each and every dish.

My wife and I had a dinner reservation on Valentines Day. Unfortunately we didn't get to try any food because we were treated so poorly we decided to leave and have dinner elsewhere. We were not acknowledged upon entry but thought that may have been because they were a bit busy. Another couple entered and joined us in the waiting area and they were immediately greeted by the hostess/server. This same couple was seated before us and consistently served before us although we clearly entered first. We were also never asked if we had a reservation, which we did. When taking our order the server/hostess was cold and short in contrast to the warmth she showed the rest of tables. Little by little it was made abundantly clear that we were not welcomed here. Ultimately we decided to leave instead of being fed micro-aggressions for the rest of the evening. Very hurtful treatment overall. We won't be back and we won't be recommending this place.
I love this place, they will offer food pairing with wine. The atmosphere is casual but the food and wine are next level. I am fortunate to live close by, my go to restaurant.
We had a delicious visit to this hidden gem last evening. The haute cuisine sharing plates were surprisingly filling and a feast for the senses. Our server was a wonderful host with great menu suggestions. We’ll be back, for sure!

I can't speak highly enough of this place. I have enjoyed their food twice and both times ask myself why I don't go back sooner! My girlfriend and I enjoyed a lovely dinner last week. Although we were over 5 minutes late for our reso (sorry!) we were not made to feel bad, greeted warmly and led to our table. For a drink, I ordered a Canadian old fashioned and thoroughly enjoyed it. We let our server decide on the small plates to share as everything sounded delicious. We had the ceviche, burrata, boar tacos and crispy bison. I have to say my fave was the burrata! Unfortunately we had no room for dessert but I can only assume it would be delicious as well. A big kudos to our server, whose name unfortunately I did not get, for the wonderful service and conversation!
