Amazing customer service

Attended art Haven for the second time yesterday. Thought perhaps it would be a fun thing to do with my two granddaughters as The previous visit with one granddaughter turned out wonderful. So youngest granddaughter of just about six years old chose a kitty cat to paint which took her all of 20 minutes maybe and then afterwards she was bored lol at one point, my older granddaughter and I turned around only to find the little lady passed out, sleeping on the bench. My older granddaughter and I were a little happy because this meant we could finish our pieces.
We really enjoy coming here. I would have to say the only down thing about art Haven is the prices, 1 1/2 hours outing with my two granddaughters cost me about $130. I know everywhere is expensive nowadays so I get that, but it would be wonderful if it wasn't such a pinch on the wallet. Thank you everyone at art Haven.

Staff mixed up our pieces at pickup. Not a big deal, it happens, except they were not apologetic and would not work out a solution with us as we live far away. We wanted to like this place and have been a few times before, spending hundreds of dollars at this point but wow, the staff are extremely unprofessional and we will not be back.

Excellent customer service. The cashier, whose name was Beatris(?) was amazing. So knowledgeable welcoming and polite. I felt incredibly welcome and the entire evening I had here was beyond my expectations. I will come back most definitely. This is the best environment I’ve ever had in a store like this. Plus the bubble tea was phenomenal. I loved every minute I was there, this place is a must stop for anyone in the area. Tell youre friends, family. I’d give 15/5 stars if I could!

Super disappointed with my recent experience at Arthaven. I previously visited with my daughter and had a wonderful time. However, during our most recent attempt to return, we encountered a very different situation.

The website clearly indicates that walk-ins are welcome. Upon our arrival, the cashier asked if we had a reservation. When I explained that the website stated we did not need one, her response was unexpectedly rude (and I mean extremely rude): “Yeah, it’s March break; we don’t have room for you.” (As if I didn’t know it was March break with my 2 young children)

I hope this feedback is helpful in improving customer service for future visitors. We will not be returning.

Fun for all ages. Friendly staff, good selection of pottery to paint. Easy to do a walk-in.
