Art Haven Ceramic Cafe | Paint Drink Fun

We had an amazing time at Art Haven Ceramic Cafe! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the space was bright, clean, and perfect for getting creative. My kids had a blast painting their own ceramics, and it was great to see them so engaged and proud of their creations. The materials and instructions were easy to follow, and the atmosphere made it a fun experience for the whole family. Definitely a fantastic spot for a creative outing we’ll be coming back for sure!

Don’t host birthday parties here! The instructor takes the kids to pick out their own ceramic and when the kids knock them over and accidentally break any, they will charge you $32 per item. They should show the kids not let them pick them out. They are kids. There’s signs saying to look with their eyes, but kids can’t read and then they get the kids to pick them out on their own and bring it back to the party room. Don’t risk it. Go to a play gym where kids can play and your don’t pay the price that I did!

Worst customer service. Owner is confrontational. We accidentally signed up for camp day. Called within 3 hours to cancel as the age category did not match our child. Owner wants to charge us a 35$ fee. She is arguing that she needs the fee. Terrible business sense. Looking for anyway to make a buck

Terrible customer service. No one gave us instructions when we started, we had to seal it out. Even a paper with basic instructions would have been nice. Also the ceramic is made in China, not even in house.

Oh wow… parents, if you ever wanted your kids to learn the art of starving politely, this is the place! They truly don’t care if your child is allergic, hungry, or needs medication. Why bother feeding kids when you can just ignore them all day, right? If the food runs out don’t worry, they won’t call you. They’ll just let your child sit hungry until pick-up. Communication? Zero. Empathy? Negative. Accountability? Never heard of it! They even manage to stay completely unapologetic about it impressive level of indifference! Honestly, if you’re looking for a place that paints smiles while breaking hearts, congratulations, you’ve found it. You can paint all day long, but you can’t paint over a child’s hunger and fear.
Bravo! Truly an inspiration for how NOT to run a business with kids program.

Always so enjoyable to be here, love the staff and the selection of paints, stencils and tools. Great options for ceramics as well, really enjoy the plain tiles so I can put any design I’d like.

I’ve been going to Arthaven for year now, and the environment and staff are so friendly and helpful here! It’s very fun to do pottery, they have a great selection, and have a variety of great drinks!

Amazing customer service

Attended art Haven for the second time yesterday. Thought perhaps it would be a fun thing to do with my two granddaughters as The previous visit with one granddaughter turned out wonderful. So youngest granddaughter of just about six years old chose a kitty cat to paint which took her all of 20 minutes maybe and then afterwards she was bored lol at one point, my older granddaughter and I turned around only to find the little lady passed out, sleeping on the bench. My older granddaughter and I were a little happy because this meant we could finish our pieces.
We really enjoy coming here. I would have to say the only down thing about art Haven is the prices, 1 1/2 hours outing with my two granddaughters cost me about $130. I know everywhere is expensive nowadays so I get that, but it would be wonderful if it wasn't such a pinch on the wallet. Thank you everyone at art Haven.

Staff mixed up our pieces at pickup. Not a big deal, it happens, except they were not apologetic and would not work out a solution with us as we live far away. We wanted to like this place and have been a few times before, spending hundreds of dollars at this point but wow, the staff are extremely unprofessional and we will not be back.
