I am quite disappointed by the service I received today. I came in with a gift certificate with a value of 50$. On the gift certificate it’s clear I can only claim it as this particular Baskin Robbins. As I came to the cashier with my purchase it came to 32$ even. Once I showed the gift certificate she had to call her manager as she didn’t know how to process it. If you are having a Customer Appreciation Event, it should be longer than 4 hours. 4 hours is not much appreciation. People packing a tiny store and in a non moving line in the hot sun just to get an extra scoop of ice cream because of the obscene prices normally charged does not show much appreciation. WE LEFT, NEVER TO RETURN!!!!!!
