Ordered a cake from this bakery for my partner’s 26th birthday, and I was VERY IMPRESSED with what they made for us! I asked for a strawberry & matcha flavoured cake, both flavours of which they custom made for us, followed by a garden flower design. They used REAL flowers, which was a wonderful touch, on top of well flavoured cake and icing. Definitely will be my bakery choice for future events! Thank you!!
Ordered a custom cake from Batter Up...and they hit it out of the park! They took some simple suggestions on what I wanted and they did such a great job creating a very personal cake that was very much appreciated. Five stars!

From the website being very user friendly and up to date with many bakery items to order, to amazing customer service, with staff going above and beyond for clients, to the amazing cupcakes, everything was perfect!! I am out of town and wanted to spoil my coworkers with Halloween themed cupcakes (I was pretty last minute) for an event and I got 5 star service with immediate responses with clear instructions and kindness. The delivery was right on time too. My coworkers were amazed by the quality, the visuals and the taste of the cupcakes, many thanked me and have provided amazing positive feedback so I had to share it. The only negative is that I didn’t get to taste them so I will have to travel back to try them soon! Thank you and I encourage everyone to order from batter up bakery, please encourage local 🙏🏻 you will not regret it!
P.S. they also accommodated a last minute notecard request free of charge which was a plus and much appreciated!
Also my coworker took this picture but it looked way more fabulous without the card hiding most of the cupcakes lol but you can tell they look delicious and even have Halloween themed candy on them…yum!!
