Koichi Ramen Westboro has 3 veggie options, all of which are delicious. The Black Garlic Tonkotsu with pork belly is amazing and the noodles are cooked just right. Takoyaki and chicken karaage are also yummy. The restaurant has a lot of potential, but the atmosphere needs improvement. The seating is not very comfortable and the tables are not even. The service could be better, as the staff sometimes disappear for a while. The restaurant is very dark, and the tables are sometimes sticky, indicating they may not be cleaned properly. Despite this, the food is very good, with many choices for noodles broth and additional extras. The pork belly and egg are really good. Customers pay at the front counter when they are done. Overall, the food is a major draw, and the restaurant is worth checking out.
