The Gelato was good but expensive but what made me give this two star review is the fact that I ordered a smoke meet sandwich that was advertised as a montreal style but then when I received it, it was served as a panini and dint have much meet in it . When I approached the owner he just mentioned that he had no rye bred. That item was also over priced ! I will not return to this location

Server was not nice to my 10 yrs old, kept skipping him in line despite me telling him multiple times he’s next in line. Also gave him an ice cream in a cup despite my son telling him multiple times he wanted a cone. When I insisted he give him a cone because I had already paid for it, he gave me an attitude and rolled his eyes.

The shopkeeper was not very nice to my 5-year-old daughter yesterday evening. She rudely told my daughter to hurry up and place an order, rolling her eyes. She made it clear that she was getting impatient with us, while we might have been looking at the gelato options for a few minutes. I explained to her, with a smile, that my daughter always picks vanilla but I am trying to get her to try a new flavour. I have been to this place many times and have never seen this shopkeeper nor been treated like this before.

Server went from petting a dog to directly making food without washing hands, wass rude, didn't listen to order then gave attitude when i insisted on not taking the wrong item. Then gave me the absolute worst tasting crepe I've ever had. Would rate 0 if i could

Edited in 2025: they now have Dubai chocolate gelato with which you can also make milkshakes, and it’s delicious.

Stopped in to try the Montréal-style poutine while walking around the Ottawa Red-Blacks stadium. Got a cappuccino and latte. Large cups of deliciousness. My husband accidentally spilled his cup and the owner replaced it without asking. So considerate! Would recommend 10/10! My son got a delicious Montréal-style poutine. A bit small for $10 but it was delicious!Next time we’ll try a dessert. Nice decor to look at while you wait.

Their shop was closed 30 minutes before closing? Possibly longer?! No sign on the door to explain. I drove 30 minutes just for gelato and this is what I got. Awful. At least leave a note to explain to your customers why you closed way earlier than your advertised hours.

Food is amazing I enjoy it a lot, however the lady who was taking my order was very rude and kept pressure me and my friends to leave because a “big group” was coming in. When I tried being nice and asked her what she recommend she said “Go check the menu yourself” with an attitude. I would not go here again, but the food is good.
