Absolutely delicious and as fresh as could be. The freshly baked saj and falafel wrap is a wonderful light meal while wondering around the farmer's market. The saj with za'atar and olive oil transports your taste buds to the streets of Levant with it's local food vendors.
Honestly, this is the best falafel I've ever had! Everything is handmade. The pita is freshly stretched and heated in front of you. It's super soft, super chewy, hot and fresh, with a texture similar to crepe. The falafel is perfectly seasoned and super crispy. Sauces are tame; just needs a bit more work. Definitely the best I've ever had in Ottawa. Traditional Syrian style. All vegetarian.
