My friend and I had a coffee meeting on Saturday at 11am. There were two women making drinks and one male nearby . I noticed that the male person was constantly touching hair. Due to the food industry, I noticed that this has to be addressed. It was a very busy morning, I don think I was the only one who noticed about that. I always enjoy bridgehead but it was a turnoff for me. Sorry.

Great coffee, good selection of snacks (kinda expensive), lots of seating (didn’t like the metal stools with no back rest so we grabbed club chairs), very clean and chill.
Parking: I can see the parking lot being full or overflowing at peak times, but mid-morning there were several open spaces.
Wheelchair accessibility: A man rolled in with a fairly large motorized mobility chair, and he was easily accommodated by his companion moving a small table, which still left a metre-wide aisle for other customers. All the furniture is movable so you can configure to suit various groups.

I find Bridgehead to be an average coffee house, with average drinks/food, average service and an average atmosphere. However, I give it an above average rating because in a sea of commercial coffee shops in Ottawa, they were the first to introduce fairtrade and organic coffee to the nation's capital.
Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options to choose from.
Parking: Somewhat difficult to find parking right in front of the entrance, however there's lots of free parking in the bigger strip mall area.

Coffee is so good. Try the berry lemon loaf too. Best place for morning coffee.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options are available.
Parking: There is free parking in the complex.
Kid-friendliness: Baby high chairs are there. Lot of space too for kids to run around.

Not so special large cup of coffee for $3.50. Service decent. Furniture was wearing out. Better coffee at Starbucks. Not impressed & won’t return.

This is a lovely and welcoming Bridgehead. They always get my tea just right. Their baking is consistent and very tasty, especially the chocolate quinoa cake! There is no pressure to leave quickly. It's great.

Came here to do some work. The most tables are only big enough for laptop, if you have to put your coffee somewhere good luck. They do have 1 bigger table but it is in thefront of the window so all you get is either sun in the face or glare on the screan. And the large size coffee is the same size a all the other coffee places small or medium.the only reason they get a 1 star is because you can't give a 0
