I really loved this Bridgehead! The staff were super friendly and gave probably the best service I’ve had at a coffee shop. It’s such a nice, calm place to sit and study too. I got a hot chocolate and a small skim latte — both were delicious! The latte was pretty tiny, but honestly everything else was great. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Came here last Thanksgiving Monday for some focussed work on my laptop. The male barista who served me is an easy conversationalist!

All I wanted was bacon and eggs and an order of toast. What i ended up buying was smoke meat on a begal and an orange drink which had some kind of cream in it. All the signs were there, who puts smoke meat on a begal and cream in an orange soda?

I loved this bridgehead - this was the best service I've had at a coffee shop. This spot is a nice place to study too!! They had delicious treats, but we got a regular hot chocolate and a small skimmed latte. The staff was super nice, and while the small latte was really tiny, the drinks were delicious.. Definitely coming back!!

The quality was good, but the menu lacked variety.

Service was good but found it very loud and hard to hear and a bunch of the advertised beverages weren’t available.

My friend and I had a coffee meeting on Saturday at 11am. There were two women making drinks and one male nearby . I noticed that the male person was constantly touching hair. Due to the food industry, I noticed that this has to be addressed. It was a very busy morning, I don think I was the only one who noticed about that. I always enjoy bridgehead but it was a turnoff for me. Sorry.

Great coffee, good selection of snacks (kinda expensive), lots of seating (didn’t like the metal stools with no back rest so we grabbed club chairs), very clean and chill.

Parking: I can see the parking lot being full or overflowing at peak times, but mid-morning there were several open spaces.

Wheelchair accessibility: A man rolled in with a fairly large motorized mobility chair, and he was easily accommodated by his companion moving a small table, which still left a metre-wide aisle for other customers. All the furniture is movable so you can configure to suit various groups.
