The staff is extremely nice at this location. I particularly have an issue with the Run Club that comes in every Saturday morning. they are extremely loud and inconsiderate about their surroundings. they will laugh and chat very loudly and block the entrance and walkway of the store which is a hazard and accessibility issue.
very friendly staff ! great atmosphere to sit and doodle with my music and great coffee, and honestly good prices for what you're getting. i'm coming back with friends for sure :]
This is a great location downtown and they take full advantage of it with the huge windows. Bridgehead has the best smelling and best tasting coffee in Ottawa. I bring many family and friends here when we are downtwon and everyone always enjoys the coffee, the friendly staff, and the great location.
