0/5 ...my husband and I visited this place Landsdown location- (Dec 21,2020). We were super excited to go here but were really disappointed with the fact that the cooks were not following the right food handling protocols - amidst the virus ...NO GLOVES !!!!!!!! While making our food!! Moreover - we saw the barista/cook wiping her boogers with her finger - then using her hands to make our dessert without gloves of course. This is disgusting - I hope health Canada visits this location...read full review
Very disappointed from this location the restaurant is dirty its not well maintained, the cake fridge is broken, does not have a cover on the bottom of the fridge. One of The servers wearing slippers, nobody wearing clean clothes or uniform.
The customer service is terrible, we took a seat, no water nothing, 5 min after the server came , "what do you want to order" no manners, still no water on the table , we need to ask for water , napkins and utensils.
