The flavors were terrific. Got 2 smoothy bowls, the one with açaí and the one that is blue and has coconut (see pics).

To me, it was difficult to thoroughly enjoy the experience as they come very very cold (the whole section under the toppings is in fact frozen) and discovered that chewing large pieces of frozen pineapple is not too pleasant to me. I am not saying these should be made differently! not at all... it's just I am too sensitive to be able to enjoy a whole bowl.

The combination of flavors and textures with the toppings is truly amazing.

It took the chef about 10 min to prepare both smoothy bowls, and I paid 30 cad plus taxes plus tip for both smoothy bowls.

I love that this place exists in my neighborhood.

Tried Capital Cold Press for the first time and had the Southern Sun Bowl—absolutely loved it! Not watery or bland like some smoothie bowls can be. So fresh and satisfying. Such a great experience. I’m moving to Ottawa soon and already know this place will become a regular spot for me.

This place sucks. I really wanted to like it, but it took 10 minutes just to place an order (only one other person was in there) and then another 15 minutes to get a 18$ smoothie bowl that tasted horrible. I don't recommend. I wish I got a refund.

This place is a 10/10! I’m super happy I stopped by. I was craving something refreshing and healthy, and this spot delivered exactly that. I got the Berry Almond Bowl and the portion size was generous, totally worth the price. The presentation was beautiful and the taste was phenomenal. The service was excellent as well. I was welcomed with warm hospitality. If you’re looking for delicious and healthy options, this place is definitely worth a visit. I’m absolutely coming back!

So yummm! Got the mango ginger smoothie with pea protein which was amazing and the simply pb with hemp protein which was also so good! Everything seems to be plant based which is awesome too. Definitely going to be my go to place for a healthy breakfast.

I visited for the first time today with my boyfriend and we absolutely loved our experience. We were greeted by the owner who who was so kind and helped us decide on the Maca-thon smoothie and the Delight yogurt parfait. I can’t believe how yummy they were as well the aesthetic presentation of it all!! I cannot wait to show my friends this place. I might even have to uber one of their smoothies again for breakfast tomorrow…
