Like many hotel restaurants, this one, inside the Sheraton, has great food and amazing service. The breakfast buffet is amazing and their dinner menu special (chicken fettuccine) were both a delight.

Great service, but i felt that the food could have been better. Ive been here before about 2 or 3 times prior, however, the food wasnt as good this time.

Christmas Brunch was a fantastic experience just go!

For dinner I somehow expected higher quality from a Sheraton hotel restaurant. However, I found it average at best. The breakfast, on the other hand was great. I had the buffet which included lots of breakfast options, both hot and continental. The dining area was small-is, but sufficient for the hotel size, I suppose. It was also quite relaxing in spite of the group of 10 who popped in for a breakfast meeting. I appreciated the made-to-order omelette station on site. Nice touch.

Excellent service and a finely-presented Sunday buffet. We shall return!

We went for the breakfast buffet. Standard offerings, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. Great coffee and juice.

This restaurant is a gem, especially for weekend brunch. As a local permanent makeup artist with a studio downtown this is my favourite place to grab a full slow-food breakfast before my first client arrives. The table settings are luxury class with white linens and proper settings. The variety and quality of food is excellent. I imagine that travellers staying in the hotel would have an excellent experience. Having tried other hotel restaurants in the downtown core I can say that the Carleton Grill is competing very well.

Had a delicious experience when it was the Jamaican buffet. But it was $10 too expensive in my opinion.

The Carleton Grill is the in-house restaurant at the Sheraton and I believe also looks after room service. I'm in the hotel monthly but don't usually eat there as I'm not a breakfast eater and prefer to go out for a walk in the evening for dinner. However, on my most recent trip I opted for room service. Wanting something lighter, I ordered the Caesar salad and an order of gyoza. Both were delicious, and service was very quick (20 minutes or so). This was a great experience, and I may need to do it more often.

The Carleton Grill is inside the lobby of the Albert St. Sheraton, and acts as the primary restaurant for the hotel. Atmosphere Being located in the Sheraton lobby, the decor is simple, and the area is not overly large. A comfortable mix of table and booth seating is available. Food The food is a surprising mix from very basic offerings (Montreal smoked meat sandwiches, hamburgers, etc...) to handmade pasta dishes loaded with fresh seafood. We enjoyed a shared calamari appetizer, that had a pleasant Schezuan twist - salty and spicy for the table, followed up by a variety of entrees. Everyone was pleased with their dinner. I had the very simple smoked meat sandwhich, which was actually surprisingly excellent. Loaded with grainy mustard, pickles on the sandwhich and high with meat, it was a buttery, meaty treat. Summary Obviously, if you're staying at the sheraton, it's an easy choice. The good news is, it's also not a bad one.
