My wife and I by chance had an appointment in the building and decided to have lunch. We split the 2 egg Masala sandwich and the butter chicken poutine…wow!
Just wonderful, amazing flavours, pleasant friendly staff too. We’ll be going there again even if it’s out if our way, highly recommend Chai Talks.

Was my first time here and I would definitely come back. I went out of my way to stop here because I heard they have the best chai around. At first I was going to pass because I thought there wasn't any parking, but upon arriving found a paid lot right next to them. I didn't pay because I figured it wouldn't be long, but they offered to pay for me up to 30mins if I wanted to sit and eat. They had fancy chai options and interesting food. I got the Dubai Chai with the saffron (can't remember the exact name). I wasn't planning to get food at first, but after glancing the menu quick before heading over and seeing all the options, I decided to at least try the grilled paneer burger. Once I got there I saw the noodle paneer version on the monitors above. It looked so good I had to try it; and it was amazing 🤤 In the photos at the restaurant/cafe it looked like the burger was going to be a mess to eat, but they wrapped it so nice. Wasn't messy at all 👌

I visited Ottawa for the first time and stopped by Chai Talks, where I had aloo parontha — it was absolutely delicious and felt so comforting and authentic. The two girls working there were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Great food, and wonderful service. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Ottawa!

The food and chai was soo good and the service i got was amazing and soo kind from Sucheta and kuljit. I would highly recommend you guys to give it a try!
The food is incredibly tasty! The two staff members were both very friendly and welcoming. The only thing to note is that it’s not ideal if you’re in a hurry — since everything is made fresh, it takes a bit of time.

The food is absolutely delicious! The two people working were both really friendly. The only thing I would mention is it's not good if you're in a rush - they cook everything fresh so it does take a while. But if you can wait 15 minutes, it's super worth it!!!
