Has the potential to be great, and on a different day it likely is. I've been three times now and ordered the Medium Masala Chai all three times and it did not taste the same. Variance is fine but this time the masala is not even perceivable, it mostly just tastes like a heavily steeped tea. In all fairness, the person working was by themself and there was a lunch rush flowing in.
I will be back again as its close to my home and I love a good chai, and the vibe is nice. All I will say from someone with experience in the industry is making the space conducive to good process management and workflow is key to success for your staff. While a simple solution is to have a second person in there handling the drinks and cash while the other makes food, this can be expensive so I understand.
I will be going back and likely will be a frequent customer, I hope to see them make some changes with processes and workspace to set themselves up for further success.

Chai and snacks are good and service is very friendly. However, the cleanliness of this café left much to be desired. There were bits of food & hair on our table, the front of the fridges were visibly dirty, and the hand sanitizer bottles were empty. Environmentally, I am not happy about Chai Talks using all disposable dishes, including double cups for the chai, for dine in customers (despite the menus advertising clay mugs). I’m giving 4 stars because the people were really nice but I would only come back if I knew they were using real dishes and had improved cleanliness.
