The atmosphere is really good, the food items are good but the indian guy who made drinks for me ruined. In pearl signature milk tea he added so mugar that it was undrinkable. in second drink lychee tea, there was no lychee taste just green tea. i believe the owner gave the right ingredients to the staff its just the staff is careless and unprofessional.

Ive been here maybe a dozen times before but my most recent visit just sucked. The atmosphere is perfect for a date or hangout - lots of seating for sure. I was trying to punch in a big order on the website and I kept getting errors. Finally I have up and went in and instantly realized the problem. Insee on their menu they have numerous post-it notes saying sold out. I just wanted to take advantage of the promo but of course unavailable. Every question I asked the cashier turned into no we can't do that. Very fair requests might I add considering all the drinks sold out. For instance I suggested if they're sold out of milk tea but if they can do grass jelly milk tea(for the promo)...could they just not add the grass jelly so I can have a plain milk tea? No...somehow it's impossible. My daughter hated her strawberry smoothieand I had a sip - it was so gross. This is not a smoothie at all. It's frozen strawberry milk basically. 4 drinks at $30....never again

I ordered a milk tea with brown sugar pearls and asked if they still had milk alternatives. They said they had oat milk which was my usual order from them a few years ago. I got my drink and it was pure white. I asked if there was any tea in it and they said no it’s oat milk and pearls. When I said I wanted milk tea though they said that wasn’t possible with oat milk contradicting what they said when I ordered. Looked at me like I was stupid. Didn’t offer to fix it or anything. Went home with my $8 cup of oat milk and made tea myself. Unbelievable. Will be going to other places for my milk tea.
