We went at the end of the day and there was not so many options, so to anyone if you want something specific don’t go at the end of the day like I did?I ordered qq peach nice juice, I don’t know why but it taste like mango juice haha~It has a coconut jelly but I don’t know if it’s halal or not.The decorations is so colourful, beautiful place in general!

Ordered QQ Lychee and Signature Roasted Milk Tea.QQ Lychee looked like the two toppings with water and tasted just like it. The milk tea tasted only of milk and toppings. An extremely disappointing visit.It looked like the place ran out of a lot of the ingredients as apparent from the “out of stock” stickers everyone. I’m guessing they were out of the teas and lychee juice for our order too but didn’t communicate that at all.

As much as it pains me, I am going to give 3 stars until management makes training more consistent with the staff. I really like the Chatime chain (been in a few cities, countries, and locations in Ottawa) because I can get consistent good quality, dairy-free options, and use my own stainless steel cup.I've come to this location several times and never had issues until 2 weeks ago. I came on a Wednesday afternoon with a client and we sat there for so long I went through 3 drinks, always hot milktea. The guy gave me no issues with my hot drink, as I never had in this location or the one that used to be downtown. Next day Thursday evening, the girls behind the bar kept saying they don't do hot drinks, even though I had ordered them just the day before...I let it go, because at least I was going to drink indoors so I didn't mind a cold drink.Yesterday though, it was about the size of my cup. The cups on display say Regular 16oz, Large 22oz. My steel mug is 500ml/16oz so I always get Regular. The cash girl thought it was too big, asked her coworker making drinks, who said they'd have to charge me for the large. I said the cup is 500ml, which is 16oz. The girl said that 500ml is larger than regular, so it has to be large. I accepted because I don't like holding up the line, I paid extra but I saw that she had quite a bit leftover in the mixer after making my drink. As soon as I got to my table and grabbed my phone, I checked that 500ml is indeed 16oz. She made me pay more even though I always knew the size of my cup. I'm going to stop bringing friends and clients there unless the staff stops making customers feel like fools...

I have been here a few times. Usually always good drinks and service until last Sunday. I went in and they said only online orders as the cash was down. Sure no problem. I placed an order and waited. After about 10 minutes they called my name and told me they had no lids and if it was okay for me to take the drinks without lids… I said no way I’m driving that isn’t going to work, the drinks were full to the top. They had no solution to this so I said just give me a refund then, this is ridiculous.The employee did something on the cash and printed a receipt and said it had been cancelled and refunded and he said I would receive an email confirming the cancellation and refund. It is day three and I have yet to receive an email and I am still out $15.Pretty disappointed.

It’s very bad bad service I was love that store but i’m very very sad I came today to order chocolate smoothie for my kids and the paperwork there is so mean the first what I did I order large cup to make it too small and he told me you have to pay $.70 extra and I say OKso when I try pick up, he makes just one regular and I say maybe it doesn’t hurt me what I said and I order again too small cup and he did the same. He just make one regular and he just yelling me and he said you older just one you look like a very high people there and I was very mad The employees work there make me pay $15 for two small cup I asked for a manager, and he said not there and I’m not go there anymore

Appreciated the message on my birthday drink.As of yesterday, it’s true that many drinks are still OOS. It didn’t affect my drink choice, and the flavour wasn’t compromised. The wait time to order was a good 15 minutes.

Many menu items are out of stock for the past month and they ran out of toilet paper. Even the promo items are not in stocks, not sure what is happening to this place but it's going downhill since the holidays. Ordered the Matcha Roasted Milk Tea and it tasted watery.
