Amongst what I ordered, the best was the steamed chicken with chili sauce, highly recommended. Didn’t like the fried rice, not much of wok nor frying flavor and way too spicy to enjoy it. The pork intestines with green peppers were good. Fast and friendly service. They don’t accept credit cards; they do take debit cards.

Ok. Definitely my new best authentic Chinese restaurant in Ottawa. The depth of the flavour is spot on, the spicy is hot but quite tempered, not blistering hot. Can't believe i didn't try them out sooner. They've been there for 6 years?? Definitely try the appetizer spicy chips, the crab fried rice and probably the best eggplant pork stir fry I've ever tried.Kid-friendliness: Not all their food is spicy, and my kids love the fried rice.

Exceptional food, exceptional service, I highly recommend it.Every time I go there, I feel that I'm keeping a well-kept secret, since the room is far from full, but I guess people prefer to order than to dine in.Highly recommend the pork belly with potatoes and the hot pot fish. Ask for the 辣椒油 (làjiāoyóu), that is exceptionally delicious, even for persons that are not lovers of spicy food, like myself.On your way out, don't forget to take sweet and sour candy with you!

As another review has pointed out, the walls are painted with the style of propaganda but with a funny meme in Chinese. Definitely some little easter eggs on that mural.In regards to the food, it was excellent and spicy just how I like it. Service was fantastic too. Staff is very approachable and helpful. He even told us how to treat the leftovers after taking it home!Definitely enjoyed our evening meal here.

This place we walk in had communist paintings on the wall. No judgement just unique atmosphere.I was a little annoyed with there hours until 9:30, we came in at 8:40 and got our food by 8:55. It was just one appetizer and we wanted to sit at a table and eat it but they kicked us out.I’m only giving it 2 stars for the mediocre service and food but I’d look at other menu options for sure.
