We were visiting Ottawa and got a couple noodle bowls for dine -in as well as the popcorn chicken. The service was the best we had ever had at any restaurant, and the food was so delicious- simple and flavourful. Liu was especially attentive to our baby and made sure we were all comfortable during our visit. Thank you!

I came here for the pork belly sizzling plate and it was absolutely delicious! Highly recommended.

Located in Chinatown, Hey Kitchen offers fast, friendly, and efficient service with a clean space and nice atmosphere. The noodle soup is great, with refillable noodles. Popular meals include the chicken omurice, takoyaki, beef brisket, Sechuan Style Beef Brisket noodles, Chong Qing Street Noodles, house speciality pork belly noodle soup, Beef Teppan Rice, and House Special Marinated Pork Belly. Everything is delicious and very flavourful, with serving sizes good for sharing. Customers note that choosing “regular numbness” for noodle dishes might make other dishes harder to eat. The food is a little less traditional but amazing, and a perfect meal for the weather and season. It was the most affordable meal for 2 for a special occasion, with a big bowl of noodles and rice costing only $42. The staff are nice and attentive to requests, and the dining area can cater to lots of guests. Street parking is fairly easy to find in the evening. Customers would definitely go back again.
