Why do I have to wait for 25 minutes just to pick up my online order when there is literally no one in the store and in the online pickup queue? Go elsewhere.

Ordered on uber eats twice, and both times they messed up my order. The first time they gave me someone else’s order, and the second time, did not put oat milk, as I paid for. As someone with an intolerance, this is unacceptable. The staff lack attention to detail with their takeout orders. Very disappointed, because I used to like this place. I can’t even drink what I ordered and overpaid for.
I placed an online order here yesterday as I was wanting to avoid waiting long for a drink. I arrived about 10 minutes after the order was placed, and stood around for about 5 before telling the singular person who was behind the counter “hi, I placed an online order.” He quickly dismissed me with “it’s not ready yet” and then proceeded to take another 2 orders from people who were at the counter, and make their orders before even asking me what my order was… I waited another 10 minutes before receiving a mediocre drink. This location seems to always have 1 person working at the counter, who is more often than not rude and dismissive to costumers. Maybe it’s time to rethink this system, especially on a Saturday. I used to be a regular and chose this location because of its proximity to uOttawa campus, but I’d rather go to GongCha at the mall where I know the service is good. Also, I don’t want one of those copy and paste replies from the restaurant saying “we’re taking your issue into consideration,” because you’re not.
Jazz was super efficient & reminded us of the point system and other deals!
Came in today at 5:30pm for a chunky mango milk tea. Quick service, great tea. Employees are friendly. I recommend!
On Jan 14th at approximately 4:14 PM I stopped in to this location because i saw a promo deal going on.
Come time to order i was met with the most horrendous excuse for customer service i think i’ve ever experienced. I order 2 drinks, a lychee iced tea and a smoothie. I request for there to be 30% sugar instead of the regular amount and popping boba to be added. I am then met with very condescending “yeah we cant do that for the lychee drink.” So i then request for it to be only done to the smoothie. After that I am told “i just said you cant add those to those drinks. You are choosing the most specific drinks to customize.” (I was tood i couldnt add it to the lychee only…) and then she says “you also cant change the ice content for the smoothie that’s just a stupid request.” (I didnt ask for the ice to be changed in the first place…?). After this we try to restart our order and the person taking our order says “oohh my god.” In a very annoyed tone.. My girlfriend (who was with me ordering) and i are both customer service workers and understand that sometimes talking with people all day can be stressful, but an attitude like that towards your customers should never be warranted.
We never ended up getting our drinks because we walked out after the worker walked away from us as we were ordering.
There were several other customers in line behind us who witnessed this happen.
I’ve noticed many other reviews from MONTHS prior complaining about the same customer service representative at this eetablishement yet nothing has changed..
The manager’s behavior was extremely unprofessional and completely unacceptable for anyone working in customer service. I placed my order online, but when I arrived, the door was locked. After waiting about 10 minutes, the manager finally came to open the door and yelled “go away” directly at me. When I explained that I had placed an online order, she rolled her eyes in response.
Throughout the interaction, she was aggressively slamming items around behind the counter, to the point where I felt uncomfortable and considered leaving for my own safety. She dropped an item on the floor, shouted an expletive, then picked it up and continued using it without washing it. She didn’t check my order at all and instead shouted at me, asking what I had ordered. She also called me fat, criticizing me for ordering “too much sugar” (it was only 30%).
In the end, I was given the wrong order, which was approximately $2 less in value, and I chose to leave rather than continue the interaction. Given the number of similar reviews mentioning this individual, I am genuinely surprised that this person wasn't fired. This reflects very poorly on management and ownership.
I have been a regular customer, visiting several times a week, but I will not be returning. You have lost a loyal customer. I would strongly encourage others to take their business elsewhere, such as Gong Cha at Rideau Centre, where customers are treated like humans. I also encourage the owners, if they intend to keep this business profitable, to fire this person immediately. Or publish their schedule so customers know when not to come. Thank you for turning what should have been a routine visit into a deeply unpleasant one.
Hello, I am a regular customer at Coco Fresh Tea & Juice, but I had a very disappointing experience today around 4:35 PM. I stopped by to get a milk tea before my shift at 5 PM. I waited at the counter for quite a while, and the staff member was in the kitchen. I called her twice politely to ask how long the order might take so I could decide whether to stay or leave.
The first time she ignored me, and the second time she just nodded “no” without even listening or coming to the front. I was left standing there without any explanation, which felt very disrespectful.
This is also not the first time something like this has happened. A few days ago, I placed an Uber Pickup order for a milk tea and waited for about 10 minutes, only for the order to be canceled. I had simply requested a sago mango smoothie without grapefruit because I am allergic, but the staff member kept denying the request and did not offer any substitute or solution. I remember it was an Asian girl, tall in height.
As someone who visits often, this has been very disappointing. I hope you can look into this and ensure better customer experience in the future.

Worst experience ever… Had to wait for a long time even though there were no customers. The staff never came to address us and nodded from the kitchen as a “NO”.

Jazz was super fun to order with. She shared so much knowledge about the point system and got my friend and I super excited! Definitely a nice experience to be treated by someone that goes above and beyond to serve her customers.
