Worst customer service. The lady was very rude to all the customers.

I was waiting in line with my friend and we were chatting. At some point we were laughing at something and the worker literally screamed at us and told us to stop because she was talking to another client, in a very loud and rude tone. I was so shocked and then we left without ordering.

Absolutely terrible service, arrived at the store and waited at the counter for 5 mins before anyone came out the back to take an order. When they stared making drinks they did not wash their hands despite having been taking orders on the tablet and in the back before.

Had a very bad interaction with a girl working on Saturday noon. She was very disrespectful,unwelcoming and rude.There was one another person in the store and he too was shocked on the words she said. Not sure if the manager is really interested in the reputation of store but after reading a few other comments it seems obvious that they are doing this frequently.

Ordered a drink at around 7:20pm today and it was not ready till 8. The person that served us was in a bad mood and we saw many disrespectful interactions with other clients too. She was the only one there and it was waithin 2 hours of closing time but the experience was overall very bad and insulting. I am still giving 2 stars because the drink was really good and she seemed to be having a bad day, which I can relate to, but I will be going elsewhere in the future.

Bubble tea is always good but there’s that one employee, she’s super rude, unwelcoming and she constantly rolls her eyes when I’m deciding what to order. Her attitude every time I visit makes me not want to come back.

Me: Orders grapefruit yakult... 0% ice The staff: it's a slush you can't order it without ice (it's definitely not a slush and I point to the poster on the wall where it clearly isn't a slush) The staff: asks a colleague... Also says it's a slush...
Well how come every nth other time I have purchased it, I was able to order the drink without ice, since it has never been a slush and I didn't order a slush either????
