I visited the shop on Monday, Oct 7th. While ordering 3 drinks, I paused briefly to decide which one should have less ice (since I had to travel an hour). The staff member, Jazz, walked away mid-order, went to another staff member, and started washing dishes , clearly upset. I had already given all sugar levels quickly.
She only came back after calming down, possibly because I mentioned I had spoken with your manager earlier , a very polite man of Chinese descent, who was managing another branch and was temporarily visiting this one. He had been helpful and respectful, unlike Jazz. ( jazz is not suitable for customer services need training she insult people dnt see their age . Train her tell her smile doesn’t cost anything )
Later, my kids told me she had acted the same with them before , if you’re even a few seconds late in choosing, she makes faces or just walks away. Unprofessional and rude.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but I recently had a really unpleasant experience with one employee who was surprisingly rude and dismissive. I’ve always enjoyed their drinks, but this incident really put me off. It’s disappointing to see that kind of attitude representing an otherwise good shop. I hope management takes this seriously.

Worst customer service. The lady was very rude to all the customers.
I was waiting in line with my friend and we were chatting. At some point we were laughing at something and the worker literally screamed at us and told us to stop because she was talking to another client, in a very loud and rude tone. I was so shocked and then we left without ordering.

Absolutely terrible service, arrived at the store and waited at the counter for 5 mins before anyone came out the back to take an order. When they stared making drinks they did not wash their hands despite having been taking orders on the tablet and in the back before.

Had a very bad interaction with a girl working on Saturday noon. She was very disrespectful,unwelcoming and rude.There was one another person in the store and he too was shocked on the words she said. Not sure if the manager is really interested in the reputation of store but after reading a few other comments it seems obvious that they are doing this frequently.
