I desperately want to give this place 5 stars, i absolutely love their baked goods and their coffee. The atmosphere is incredible an amazing place to study. However, the only thing this place lacks is customer service. The workers tend to be very rude almost every time I go in. Cute little coffeeshop conveniently located in Sandy Hill just steps from U of O. Though on busy Laurier St., it is a peaceful oasis with friendly (but not overly so) staff, nice background music, and plenty of tables and seating (including outdoor tables) comfortably spaced apart. Nice vibe, great baked goods (try the almondine), and of course excellent coffee.
This cafe is a cute and cozy spot with friendly and knowledgeable staff who are happy to help you choose a drink. Their matcha latte and chai latte are both delicious. I've enjoyed both dining in and getting my order to go. The ambiance and hygiene standards are great. However, the cappuccino and latte taste quite similar, and the breakfast wrap can be a bit watery.
