This is the last time I am going to this franchise. There was a freaking BUG in my drink. The service has gone down hill with all these young kids. The Chinese dude stared at me for 3 mins without saying anything, no greeting or anything, not saying “how can I help you” or evening saying “hi” this is TERRIBLE. Then the white lady throwing a bag at me when I ask for one. They have my favourite brown sugar drink but there’s plenty of other boba spots around. This is coming from someone who goes to this place mostly everyday. I will not be returning and will walk a further distance for better boba and service from now on.

Service is usually fast, this is my go to bubble tea shop in Sandy Hill. There’s this new worker through, a tall caucasian boy and he has no customer service skills at all, he’s very rude every time he serves me and has made it very uncomfortable experience

Waited over 30 minutes for 2 green teas. I don't blame the employees because there was a rush, I blame the manager for not recruiting more individuals to work during rushes. Bubble tea is fine but short staffing is not

The strawberry beverage tastes as disgusting as drinking the pee.And service attitude is bad as well. You won’t have good experience here. There are many bubble tea shop options in the downtown area, choose another better store please!
