The biggest issue with this store is chain policies. Namely, when there's a special, they don't allow for any substitutions, even if the request is only made because they ran out of the ingredient. Better yet, you can't even simply have the drink without the ingredient they ran out of at the price of the special; it must be exactly as advertised. This happened to me twice this week; hard to believe it's a rare event.
My daughter buys me bubble tea from here all the time and it's delicious. They have a drink with real taro that's so good. You can add real mashed taro to any drink actually. They often have sales and discounts on different drinks. These are usually the drinks my daughter gets for me, haha. I don't mind because that way I get to try new drinks instead of always my usual taro.

This Coco Fresh Tea location is in Sandy Hill, right by the University of Ottawa campus. It's super popular with students and is fairly busy, but staff are efficient and friendly too. It's pretty small, so not a place to hang out, but a great place to grab your drink and go. Drinks are consistent with other Coco Fresh Tea locations.
