This place is an unassuming gem in the middle of an industrial park. It’s everything you’d dream the perfect diner would have: warm, courteous service, hot coffee refilled as if by magic, and classic, delicious, homemade food. I hope they stay around forever.
Given the size and location of the place, I didn't expect to find the best Benedict I've had in a very long time here 😋
The only letdown was the coffee unfortunately, but everything else including the fruit was fresh!

I love discovering diners like this, and Cozy’s happens to be conveniently located just across the street from my mechanic. So, when I went in for an oil change, I decided to walk over for breakfast and see what the place was like.
