Got a large blizzard. I only got one quarter through it and it was all white ice-cream with no topping or bits the rest of the way. Quite disappointed should of just gotten a small.

I come place my order sit down in the dinning room have my food come to me with a missing drink go to the counter not even two minutes after noticing and the girl has such an attitude on her like did you pay for it yes I did and the guy that took my order stands there like a deer in head lights clearly someone didn’t do their job properly by reading a screen. Treated like a criminal all Cus you didn’t do your job correctly

I usually find this location very good so I was very upset to get my strawberry cheesecake blizzard with only 9 pieces of cheesecake, (yes I counted) 3 extremely large chunks of strawberries and not mixed at all. The ice cream was white and not pink like usually. I thought maybe there’s more at the bottom or it’s mixed better but no, the whole thing was plain ice cream. So disappointing.

I hate to write reviews like this, but unfortunately it needs to be addressed. I have been to this location a few times. The same man who serves the front cash is very unhappy. As a restraunt manager I am not quite sure what it could be. A bad day, or a position that needs to be changed in terms of rotation from drive thru to front service. Either way, seems like this man absolutely hates his job or people. I felt very uncomfortable to the point I ordered my son an ice cream and not my self because I felt rushed, I was being uncomfortably stared at like I needed to make up my mind and hurry up. With sighs, moans, and groans.. I have enough respect that if there were to be a line behind me I would have let others go first so I could choose something. No one was behind me. This man works in a field of customer service, where families come to grab a treat to make smiles and memories together.lets keep that in mind. Thank you to the man who made our ice cream. Very polite and served with a smile.

Look, I love this place and normally, they're great. I did have an instance where I ordered a royal oreo Blizzard, noting I had a nut allergy, and ended up hospitalized for anaphylaxis because they gave me a peanut centre instead of the fudge centre. An honest mistake, but a life threatening one.

Great place to grab some ice cream, milkshakes or related yummy stuff. Went there with my kids and we got a strawberry milkshake, vanilla sundae, and a blizzard with Oreos. The milkshake was really good. Kids also liked their sundaes. The place was clean and air conditioned, with plenty of free tables. Service was fast. My only wish was that they had plastic straws, as the ink papers straws do not work with milkshakes at all.
