best portions and the cherry slushy is on point. Not watery at all The one in kanata must have a broken slushy machine because there's a huge difference. I think it's been new management for a while now and they're definitely doing well now.
The Dairy Queen on Robertson road advertised under new ownership and it sadly shows. The cashier was so rude and they were so cheap! They gave us 2 napkins for an order of 4 treats and we have 2 young children who definitely need an additional napkin. Service was slow with 4 employees on staff. It wasn’t clean inside at all. Not returning!
Me , my kid and bf when there for a after dinner ice cream! After waiting in line for a very long time-slow drive thru ever!!! We weren’t dined 3 ice creams! They couldn’t do an order for 3 because the screen is small and they employees couldn’t see the entire order , they could only do 2 per car!! They are accommodating special requests, like a custom birthday cake on a tight timeline, and were kind enough to open the store a little earlier for a pickup. This Dairy Queen is worth visiting.
