“Above-par, hard workin' staff that still take a moment to chat you up while mixing 4 shakes and managing the take-out counter. Superhuman Service! Loved my Reuben so much I bought the tshirt in the hopes they'll give me staff rate on my next meal ;) Hearty portions so plenty left to share with a fellow hosteller. 5-Stars, thanks for the comfort food since Winterlude hot chocolates as a kid in the 80s. “I'm so stoked to have found this place for breakfast. I was looking for a place that served waffles & maple syrup (which oddly enough is hard to find in Ottawa). The food was amazing, the waffles were crispy on the outside & fluffy on the inside, & for $2, they'll give you a can of organic maple syrup. The service was phenomenal. Our waitress (I wish I had gotten her name) was really sweet & funny. I highly, highly recommend Fontenelle Diner for breakfast/brunch. I would come back & eat here in a heartbeat.“

“Great spot for brunch! They offer an all-day breakfast menu along with delicious comfort food options. I had the Fit Slam with hash browns, which was fantastic. My only complaint was the price – both the coffee and the meal were a bit on the pricey side compared to other diners. However, the service was fast, and the atmosphere was excellent. Our food was delivered by a robot, and we were also attended to by a wonderful server who checked on us multiple times. I definitely recommend this place if you haven’t been before.“
