Do Good Food Reviews
best jerk chicken in ottawa. Perfect balance of spices. Delicious rice and slaw. Friendly owner, we will be back. Highly recommend it
I have tried getting food here twice. First time was at 12pm and when I called to place an order I was told the food wasn’t ready yet and to come at 1pm. But your hours of operation say 12pm???
Second occasion, I am now parked in front of the restaurant at 3:30pm. The hours on the door say Sun- Sun 12pm - 10pm. I was told that the owner goes to Toronto on Sunday’s so it’s not open...lol.
Learn to do business!! I won’t be back for the 3rd time ✌🏽✌🏽✌🏽
Food is amazing. Love it. Beef patties are authentic and delicious. Jerk chicken is fall off the bone tender and spicy like it should be. Huge portions for reasonable prices. Satisfying my pregnancy cravings. I will go back again and again.

Do Good Food offers a chill vibe, delicious Jamaican cuisine, and exceptional customer service. Their menu features flavorful dishes like ox tail, jerk chicken, and BBQ chicken, with generous portions at decent prices. The outdoor grill creates an authentic Caribbean atmosphere, making guests feel at home. The owner is friendly and engaging, adding to the welcoming environment. Customers have noted that the jerk chicken has a great kick and flavor, while the rice and peas are well seasoned. The plantains are sweet and not oily, and the Jamaican patties are flaky and buttery, receiving high praise. Be aware that hours may be limited, and popular items might sell out quickly. Parking can be a challenge, but the amazing food and laid-back owner make it worth a visit. Takeout is mainly available, with a small bar to sit at, and many customers enjoy their meals outdoors, even in chilly weather. Overall, the place provides a real Caribbean food and vibe that keeps people coming back.
