I recently organized a work holiday event here, I can only say that if you're looking for a great place for coworkers to mingle, have fun and eat great food, then this is the place. We were a group of ~50 people so I reserved a section with 7 pool tables which includes couches and tables, and ordered the in-house catering. The atmosphere is great and the catered food kept getting rave reviews (we selected BBQ chicken, seasonal veggies, pasta, salad and desert trays), there was sooo much food! Our server was fantastic, taking drink orders and remembering everyone even if we were moving around.

Had our team Xmas party there today. They had 1 bartender and 1 server working for the entire upper floor, which was packed.
I don’t blame them - they did their best. But the place was ridiculously understaffed. Food orders took about 50 minutes (for a poutine, longer for others), and one order of chicken fingers and fries still hadn’t showed up by the time we cancelled it after 70 minutes.
The manager/owner clearly have no idea how to run the place when it’s busy. Avoid it like the plague. I will never go back.

The atmosphere here is great nice big place but the drinks taste like they are pre mixed which was awful. The staff isn't too friendly. The food also very mediocre. Nachos with no cheese but heeaps of lettuce and salad dressing.

Why is the girl with the red hair so inpolite, we were super friendly but she stay cold cold and so cold toward all the customer!! Never will I go there, the Buffalo sandwich does not even have the half the what is Washington suppose to have, ne the sauce not the laituce, not the chedare and no jalapano. I mean WHYYY 17.25 juste for the sandwich and fries. Dont go there

I've been there a couple times, and plan to go more often The staff are super accommodating, they know not everyone is a happy extrovert Food is traditional bar food. wings onion rings and other deep fried delectables (and surprisingly pizza?) The table fare is reasonable, they don't charge by the hour and lock you out like most places. You reserve spots and sure if they're busy and you've been there ages they'll give other people the opportunity to play, but you can talk to them and extend your table if you need to. All in all it's a good place, highly recommend
Parking: Right out front of pool hall, shares lots with other businesses so gets extremely busy
Wheelchair accessibility: Front doors are a tight squeeze but all main tables on on main floor, the bar is elevated though so getting food and drinks is reliant on service staff

The service was absolutely crap. Sat for 15 minutes before someone took a drink order only to tell us that she was going to tell the bartender we were there. The first bartender, who served us looked like he was not happy to be there. When I told him the ginger ale, I ordered didn't taste right he later informed it was not canada, dry or schweppes it was a generic brand and it tasted watered down. The food we ordered was good, but the portions were too small $19.00 for a pound of wings, is outrageous. We were mostly ignored, and then we asked for the bill.They put everything on one check and didn't even ask if we wanted separate bills. I had come with the intention of playing some pool, but after the way I was treated I definitely will not be back. What a terrible experience.
