Got some drinks and played pool fair prices but no one knows what Rye is got three drinks each everything was shit bacardi when asking for club. If I pay for something I want what I ask for. They poured me trash in a cup.

I recently organized a work holiday event here, I can only say that if you're looking for a great place for coworkers to mingle, have fun and eat great food, then this is the place. We were a group of ~50 people so I reserved a section with 7 pool tables which includes couches and tables, and ordered the in-house catering. The atmosphere is great and the catered food kept getting rave reviews (we selected BBQ chicken, seasonal veggies, pasta, salad and desert trays), there was sooo much food! Our server was fantastic, taking drink orders and remembering everyone even if we were moving around.

Had our team Xmas party there today. They had 1 bartender and 1 server working for the entire upper floor, which was packed.
I don’t blame them - they did their best. But the place was ridiculously understaffed. Food orders took about 50 minutes (for a poutine, longer for others), and one order of chicken fingers and fries still hadn’t showed up by the time we cancelled it after 70 minutes.
The manager/owner clearly have no idea how to run the place when it’s busy. Avoid it like the plague. I will never go back.
