Epicuria Food Shop and Catering

My family ordered Thanksgiving dinner from Epicuria 2022. This year, we went to grab individual meals. Their stuffed turkey is one of my favourites! Their carrot ginger soup is delicious as well. I have not been disappointed by anything we have purchased here. Very tasty!

Yasmine and the epicuria crew did a fabulous job catering our surprise party for my sister’s birthday this past weekend. Yasmine helped us pick out a good variety of canapés and gave good guidance on quantities of food and necessary rentals. The food was absolutely delicious and the presentations were beautiful. The kitchen and wait staff were very professional but also friendly and responsive. I can’t say enough about them. Yasmine was so accommodating and made great suggestions throughout the process and during the event to help make the night truly perfect! Guests loved the food, were super impressed and everyone wanted to know the name of your company. Thanks again for making this special night perfect!!

Second seasonal family meal (1 Christmas and 1 Thanksgiving). Delicious, fresh, easy to heat and serve. Impressed with the flavours, the generous portions and the overall originality of each dish. I can see why they’ve been a staple in our neighbourhood for so long.

We received a delivery order as a gift from friends and it was so lovely - bread, soup, prepared meals and cookies. As a new parent with little time, this gift was so appreciated. Quality was lovely!

Picked up an order for Valentine's Day dinner, first time trying this place... Everything was absolutely delicious, and the price was super reasonable. Will definitely be popping in again!

A1. I really like their Chefs meals to go. Really healthy and always delicious. Started going there after switching from my weekly food box, and this the way. Glad I found this placeOwner is also very nice.

Both the food AND the service from Epicuria are always impeccable!Friendly & welcoming staff, serving delicious, healthy and convenient dishes.The full Christmas dinner (along with Buche de Noël) for example, was absolutely perfect.Can’t ask for more!

Bought the turkey take home dinner. Heirloom carrot and veges dish was mostly broccoli.Gravy was bitter, and very thin, had to be modified to be edibleTurkey and scallop potatoes were very good

I love the assorted muffins, the fresh donut is to die for, salads especially carrot, soups and wraps. The ginger chocolate chip shortbreat at the holidays are an essential. My only BEEF, is the heavy meat/seafood focus to their entrees and the vegetarian ones are often pasta or parsnip. More vegetarian options would be great for me and the planet!

Epicuria’s focus now seems more on marketing and profit making which is unusual given the high demand, customer loyalty and financial solvency of this neighbourhood institution.Have been a customer for decades …less healthy ingredients have been substituted. Take the christmas cake for example… high in sugar and flour, barely a nut to be found, and hardly any dried fruit. Sigh. The alleged brandy content is indiscernible.The ability of the kitchen to anticipate demand is puzzling. High demand for the chocolate Ganache cake…yet it is rarely available. Tried and true favourites run out and are substituted by unimaginative , and uninteresting alternatives. Meanwhile the quantity of frozen meals increases, along with freezer burn on offered products.Sigh… perhaps less emphasis on profit and more on quality…perhaps a reach out to the many talented new canadians who understand healthy delicious foods and how to adapt them to the “cnd palate”

Had catering from Epicuria on multiple occasions, from 10 ppl breakfast to 100 ppl cocktail event. Always fantastic service, always timely, always super tasty and well presented.Extremely detail-oriented, accommodating, responsive, pleasure to do business with!

Excellent vegan food and amazing customer service!!!!

Not sure about their food, but if its like their driving then its probably pretty terrible. 5:30am epicuria van almost took me out merging blind into the fast lane this morning. Its a good thing I had space between the jersey barrier and then oncoming traffic cause we would of both been done... talk to your staff about learning how to drive.

Good products, certain staff are less than friendly. And not accepting cash is irresponsible. It’s bad for privacy, bad for poor people, and bad for the undocumented…and just bad for business; why fork over percentages of each transaction to payment processors when you don’t have to.

It's always enjoyable to visit this business. The quality is very high and the selection is quite impressive considering the relatively small footprint. Easy parking. Check them out!
