Ordered a Chicken burrito, Beef empanadas, and Mini Churros and Loaded Nachos. I also gave a 18% tip. What we didn't get was the Nachos. Guess that was the reason we recieved the bag tied up. The employee was in a hurry I guess. So on that.

I went in and asked for a burrito bowl, and the person told me they didn’t have roasted chicken. I was really disappointed, but I said no worries and walked out. I then went on the Uber app and placed the same order from the same location, and my order went through. I ended up getting my order, but the issue is that he told me they didn’t have any, yet clearly ended up making it. It just shows a lack of service.

Horrible experience! I ordered 2 burritos with many toppings but they just didn’t add any. First few bites was just a rice, in the middle I found a little of chicken with a few green spots ( supposed to be guacamole) . See pictures

Jashameet served me she was nice but skimpy on the veggies. I ordered Huge roasted chicken and a Huge ground beef, it was just the size of a Big. So that was disappointing I saw that Chef Ramsay has been here so I figured I would try it. It was just ok. And a little pricey.

There was an old lady who had difficulty putting in an order, and she couldn’t understand the payment machine - and the cashier placed the highest level tip for themselves. Low character. And “secretly” tries to skimp on portions.
