Had a really good experience here. Service was quick and efficient, which is always appreciated, especially when you’re hungry. The food was freshly cooked and tasted great, with good quality ingredients. I also liked that peanuts are always available, which is a nice touch while waiting. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and made the experience smooth from start to finish. The place itself is a good size with plenty of seating, so it doesn’t feel cramped even when it’s busy. Overall, it’s a reliable spot for fresh food, fast service, and a comfortable dine-in experience.

When I go to McDonald’s, I understand it’s fast food and the portions match the price. But when I first came to Five Guys, the experience felt different — the bag was filled with fries, and the burger on the side really made it feel worth it. I was in town for a meeting at a nearby shared working space and was happy to notice a Five Guys in the neighborhood. It had been a few years since I'd had it and was looking forward to what I remembered to be a very delicious burger.
A little before noon on a weekday the location wasn't super busy but by the time we left at 12:30 it was pretty packed. The staff were friendly!
Burger was SOOOO good. Agreed with some of the comments that its a bit pricey however the standard cheeseburger does come with two burger patties so it kinda evens out. But yes, burger was amazing. Fries were good too although I had to get refill of my drink they were rather salty.
All in all great experience. Hoping a Five Guys opens in my city before long, could eat a couple of those a week!

First of all, we were dining in and there were no trays to put our food in. Also, tables were not clean at all. The meat was tasteless and overall didn't have a good experience at this location in Kanata.

Staff are always friendly and the food is always delicious. The biodegradable straws are also much better than any other fast food chain. They feel like a plastic straw instead of paper dissolving in your mouth.
