Usually, i have to visit a restaurant, minimum 3-4 times to leave a review. Everytime we had lunch or dinner, we had a mixed experience. It looks and feels like the staff kinda wants you to rush and pay the bill within 1.30 hours. Pizza on the plate, cutlery leaning on the side of the plate, not on the plate, waiter comes and asks if we are done with the pizza......?!?!?!?!?! Asked for bloody orange pop, no ice for the kids. Orange pop with ice it is....we asked for bloody orange, no ice?! Yes, that's what it is....the answer. Def, i didn't look or sound stupid. Double check on the stuff. Teach them waiters' manners with customers. Cutlery leaning on the side of the plate, food in it.....never ask if they are done. Need to do smth about it for sure. Reserved a table, good thing i called 3 hours before getting there, as they're like, we have a party. Not sure what happened. Obviously, you can check your system and see your reservation, but didn't want to do it, or maybe training needed. No apologies for the inconvenience, nothing. Nonetheless, pizzas just great! Loved them everytime we went there!

Everything about the meal was lovely, with the exception that i didn't realize we only had our table for 1h30 minutes. At 1h25 minutes we were ushered to the bar because the next reservation was waiting for the table could we please move. It felt rushed and rude i was not aware of the time limit. Had we had an appetizer and a dessert, i wonder if we would have been rushed out of our table. It really put a damper on the experience.

A very cozy spot. Excellent food and the staff are super cheerful. One dish was on the cool side and the service apologized and quickly made it right. Good, affordable wine by the glass and carafe. Good portions and easy dishes to share. The zucchini fritters were were delicious as was the burrata. Everyone had an excellent experience. Parking was a challenge!

I had an amazing dinner at Fratelli’s and have to give a huge shout-out to Juliana and Luca for their outstanding service. From the moment I sat down, they were warm, attentive, and genuinely made me feel welcome.
I ordered the chicken parm, and it was absolutely perfect — crispy, flavourful, and easily one of the best I’ve had in the city. The whole experience felt effortless and well taken care of, thanks to the fantastic staff.
If you’re looking for great food paired with exceptional service, Fratelli’s is the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I found this review difficult to write after seeing all the wonderful comments about the food—perhaps the kitchen was just having an off night when we visited. The Beet Salad was excellent, but we found our mains rather tasteless and not quite the Italian flavours we’re used to in Sault Ste. Marie, ON.
That said, the restaurant itself was very charming, with authentic Italian décor and lovely music that created a warm atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and even allowed us to come in early for our reservation. They even discounted our bill after our server asked if we made the right choices.
One thing to keep in mind is that the bathrooms are located down a long staircase, which may be challenging for some guests.
Overall, a beautiful setting with great service—hopefully just an off night in the kitchen.

I own a shop in the neighbourhood and took my staff to the Westboro location for our holiday party. Everything was delicious, and the service was warm and professional. It's such a cozy spot!
Great service. Great food. Mushroom pasta dish is awesome! And I just discovered half price wine bottles on every Monday. Totally awesome! But you need a reservation.

I like this neighbourhood restaurant, but I wish the food had more oomph... I ordered the pappardelle with mushrooms this weekend and it was bland and rather uninteresting. The restaurant has so much going for it that it can afford to have more fun with spice combinations and presentation. Go for it!

We were four for lunch. The restaurant was not full but sounds bounce off the walls and we found it a bit hard to hear each other. On the food side 2 pizzas, 1 pasta and 2 appetizers as a meal were all delicious. Sticky toffee pudding was a pale example of what should be a darker, heavier cake and there was a creamy sauce under the cake. One order, three tasters so not a big loss after our wonderful meals. Last but not least was our lovely server. She was spot on with her recommendations.

The customer service was very disappointing and unwelcoming. I made a reservation days in advance, yet it looked like they double-booked or weren't prepared, because our table wasn't ready and the staff barely communicated with us. My friends were seated at the bar, and when I arrived, no one offered to make room for me—even though the bar was almost empty with only two other people. We moved to the other side of the bar so the three of us could sit together, and the staff looked visibly annoyed. The food is amazing, but for the experience and the price, it's better to go elsewhere.
