Salad wasn’t fresh leaves were wilted and not very tasty. Have had good experience at other locations and we went at night this time to this locationEdit/Update: manager contacted us and offered us a makeup meal/credit. Understand places can have bad days but their response was excellent and really impressed with their customer service
Excellent place to grab a healthy meal or snack! I've tried all of their salads and bowls. My favorites include the market salad, metaboost salad, and Mediterranean bowl. Staff are friendly and efficient. I highly recommend freshii to all of my friends and coworkers.
I love this Freshii! It is hands down the best managed fast food restaurants in Ottawa. The manager has a Fiona Gallagher charm, is diligent and on top of everything, especially food safety and cleanliness. I had a minor issue with my wrap experience and she immediately addressed it, ensuring my long-standing loyalty to this location. If you are looking for an excellent healthy eating experience and great value for your dollars, this is honestly one of the best healthy eating...
