They close really early considering they're a café in a university library. The service is also pretty bad, they usually just talk amongst themselves and take a long time to make drinks. If it gets busy they're even worse.

The service is bilingual, which is rare in Ottawa. The coffee is mediocre. Having seen how it is made, the price is clearly too high for the quality of the coffee. Don't expect more than that, coffee. Place not clean enough. It's too busy all the time, the service is not fast enough. The work space is elevated, which makes customer relations difficult, since you have to talk to employees over the counter.
