Order online and frankly wasn't overly impressed. They didn't pay attention to the order instructions, which wasn't a good start, and they put the food in something you'd get at the restaurant, not an enclosed container. Fries were a bit undercooked and while the chicken wasn't bad, it didn't really have any flavour. Only one bite had any spice to it. So while not horrible, there's much better places to get a hot chicken sandwich.

Ordered a Chicken Sando combo add a tender off a app, the come back sauce was bussin & the burger itself was proper. The fries were soggy & the slaw had no dressing. Tasted like day old tbh. The tender was seasosned exquisitely. Overall I'd eat here again but only when dine in or pick up is a option.3.8/5

Food looked amazing but the burger arrived extremely soggy(not a little, it was mush) and the fries were ice cold.Very disappointing as this could have easily been solved with a take out container. It was delivered in a flat open ended box so it’s not surprising that no heat was contained.

Chicken was decent, almost good but the medium was mild. The Mac n cheese was not at all Mac n cheese. The picture is misleading. It was a small container with a scoop of plain white noodles with a hint of cheese sauce. Coleslaw was not edible. Will def not order again ?

Probably the worst Mac and cheese I’ve ever had. It was pretty much plan noodles. The chicken strips were not too bad, but really small for the price, and the cheese fries had to cheese on. So yeah will definitely not order from there again.

We ordered from the Orleans location and the delivery was fairly fast. The portions are good, the fries were crispy, the sauce is crazy yummy. There is a lot of batter on the chicken, that’s the only reason I gave a 4 and not a 5 but its really just a personal preference!!! Try it…its worth it!
