We haven't been for a while so it was nice to see the upgraded seating area decor. It feels warm and cozy in there. Food was great. All hot and fresh. Staff should be more friendly. No one smiled. No one said thank you. They barely even acknowledged us standing in line. We seemed like we more of a bother to them then anything else.
I have been to this Harvey’s many times, over the last 5 years. And I can say with 100% certainty that this is the best Harvey’s in all of Ottawa. I have never had a bad experience here. Every single time I come here I get my food fast, hot, and never missing a single thing. The staff is always professional and polite. A big thank you to the staff and the management!
Came to this location of Harvey's for a quick bite before a flight. The location is a few minutes away from the Ottawa-Cartier International Airport, in a little plaza along with other businesses and restaurants. There are no Harvey's restaurants where I live, so this was a bit of a change from our usual hamburger restaurant choices back home. There was not much of a wait for the food, and we enjoyed the hamburger and poutine, and the burger's toppings were applied...
