Well, I've been going to this spot for well over 10 years and took down my original review for a good reason. Around 6:25 pm, Friday the 13th 2025, I witnessed one of the best customer service interactions I've ever seen. A older man in a wheelchair with a verbal communication disability was trying to place and order and staff was having a hard time understanding him. A girl that's been working here for a while stepped in and took over and went above and beyond....
I have been coming to Harvey's since I was a pre teen and have always loved their food. Their Angus burger is the best burger I've had from any fast food spot, the fries are the best, their hot dogs are all beef and are delicious, chicken burgers are great, and their milkshakes rock! I still frequent this Harvey's and have never had a bad experience with them.
Just a all around great and welcoming environment. Got an amazing burger form some amazing people. Happy with my experience and the kindness the staff showed me. Keep the amazing work up.
